The Lower Moreland Board of Commissioners will be meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in the Community Room (above the Huntingdon Valley Library) located at 625 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA beginning at 7:00 p.m. The following applications will be reviewed:
• SD 19-04: 3463/3475 Surrey Road - a preliminary/ final plan application submitted by Surrey Properties LLC proposing a lot line change.
• ZA/CU 19-03: 2507 Philmont Avenue - review of a zoning text amendment and conditional use application submitted by Commerce Pursuit Capital LP. The applicant is proposing a 196-unit, 228 bed senior living facility.
