Historical Architectural Review Board

The Historical Architectural Review Board is an advisory Board that reviews all applications that affect the Historic District. The Historical Architectural Review Board is comprised of seven members appointed by the Board of Commissioners serving four year terms. The duties of the HARB are to protect the distinctive historical character and to regulate the demolition or razing of buildings, erection, reconstruction, alteration, and restoration of all structures and exterior portions of structures (i.e. roof shingles, windows, shutters, signs) within the historic district. The Historical Architectural Review Board makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners.

The Historical Architectural Review Board meets the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Building.
