The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners will hold its monthly public meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7PM at the Lower Moreland Township Building.

At this meeting, the Board of Commissioners will review a sketch plan application for the property located at 2600 Philmont Avenue. The application , submitted by 2600 Philmont Avenue Acquisition LLC, proposes a senior living facility on their property that currently has an office building that will remain.
