AQUA upcoming construction- Philmont Ave

August 2025:
Aqua Pennsylvania will begin the replacement of 4,388 feet of aging 22-inch steel pipe with new 8 and 36-inch ductile iron water main on Philmont Avenue from Pine Rd to Byberry Rd. Work will begin starting on September 2, 2025, anticipated to be completed on or around May 2026. Construction will generally take place weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. During times of construction access will be provided for emergency, mail and trash service. Residents will have access to their properties, but at times will need to enter from different directions due to changing work zones

October 2024:

Construction will generally take place weekdays between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. During times of construction access will be provided for emergency, mail and trash service. Residents will have access to their properties, but at times will need to enter from different directions due to changing work zone
