The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners will be reviewing the preliminary plans for LD 21-03 – 3001-3051 Philmont Ave – BET Investments at their monthly meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
The application submitted by BET Investments proposes a 219-unit multi-family residential building consisting of one and two-bedroom units with commercial space. Details of the plan can be found on the Township website.
The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at Lower Moreland High School Auditorium located at 555 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
