2007 Leaf Collection
Bagged Leaves will be picked-up every Monday beginning on September 18, 2007.

Leaf Bag Collection
Bagged leaves will be picked up each week starting September 18th through December 10th. Bags must be at the curb by 7AM each Monday. There is no limit on the amount of leaf bags that can be placed to your curb. DO NOT place bags in the street.

Christmas Tree Collection
The Public Works Department will pick up trees Monday, December 31, 2007, Monday, January 7, 2008 and Monday, January 14, 2008.

Spring Bagged Leaf Collection
The Public Works Department will pick up biodegradable bags of leaf debris on each Monday in April.

THE BURNING OF LEAVES IS PROHIBITED

Mulch
Recycling yard waste collected in Lower Moreland Township is transported to Upper Moreland Township. Mulch is provided at no cost to residents and may be taken anytime from piles outside the Public Works Maintenance Building on Brook Street in Willow Grove, adjacent to Cold Spring Elementary School. Please bring your own containers and take as much as you like. As there are times during the year when the supply is depleted, please call the Upper Moreland Township Public Works Department at 215-659-4070, Monday through Friday, between 7AM and 2 PM before stopping at the Maintenance Building to make sure mulch is available.

There will be no pick-up on: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thankgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
A double load will be picked up on your next regularly scheduled trash day.
