Code Enforcement & Zoning
The Code Enforcement and Zoning Department follow the 2006 International Building Code guidelines for construction. If you are considering any type of new building, alteration, or addition please contact the Department for a permit. If you are unsure if the type of construction you are doing requires a permit please contact Department and they will advise you before you begin the work. If you wish to meet with the Code Enforcement Officer, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
